Sarah Robinson
Director, MAAT
Sarah Robinson
Sarah is a fully-qualified member of the AAT, looking after client relationships. She ensures new and existing clients are completely satisfied with our services as well as overseeing accounts and tax work. Sarah is also responsible for managing the tax returns annual cycle for Oaktree Accountants and provides advisory support to clients on capital gains tax, national insurance, auto-enrolment and other related areas.

Lucy MacGinnis
Director, MAAT
Lucy MacGinnis
Lucy is a fully-qualified member of the AAT and holds a degree in Chemistry and Management Science. She works closely with clients providing business advise, support and guidance to a number of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies to assist in the day to day running of their business. Lucy specialises in finalising the year end of accounts and advising clients on corporation tax.

Amy Miles

Amy Miles
Amy is a long-standing member of the Oaktree team, working closely with clients to ensure they receive an exceptional service. Over-seeing our junior accountants, she applies meticulous attention to detail to ensure their work is accurate. Amy prides herself on being able to work with every type of client, from limited companies to sole traders and partnerships and specialises in organising the monthly CIS returns. With a keen interest in tax, Amy excels at finalising the year end of accounts and completing client self-assessments alongside Sarah.

Vicky Pead

Vicky Pead
Vicky joined Oaktree in 2017 after previously working in a bank for 10 years, where she gained great knowledge of cash and reconciliation processes. Vicky primarily manages limited companies from incorporation to year end accounts. The bubbly character in the office, she excels at teaching other members of the team and is always happy to share her vast knowledge.

Danielle Clements

Danielle Clements
Dannii joined Oaktree in 2018 with previous experience in the social sciences, bringing with her a BSc in Psychology and a MSc in Forensic Psychology. She manages our payroll department, ensuring clients remain compliant with HMRC and the Pension Regulator. She enjoys setting up new client payrolls and ensuring clients understand their duties as an employer. In addition to her daily bookkeeping tasks, Dannii teams up with Sarah and Lucy to create new marketing strategies to make Oaktree Accountants a household name.

Lisa Parker

Conor Bennett
Lisa came to Oaktree with a history of front line customer service where she previously held the position of “Manager of First Impressions”. Working for a multimillion-pound food production business, Lisa was first point of contact and host for high-profile business professionals and clientele. Part of her role involved liaising with the finance team, bank reconciliation and overseeing transactions of Director accounts. This prompted her keen interest in the accounting sector and led her to studying for her Level 2 AAT qualifications. Lisa is interested in all aspects of accounting and is enjoying developing her skills and acquiring new knowledge. She finds it particularly satisfying being able to resolve discrepancies in order to see the account figures balance. Outside of Oaktree, Lisa enjoys going out for a run and likes to set herself various challenges such as competing in half marathons.

Domonique Harper

Domonique Harper
Domonique is the warm, friendly introduction to our office and our clients first point of call when they contact Oaktree. She excels at ensuring the office runs smoothly, efficiently and remains organised. In addition to her bookkeeping duties, Domonique collates and submits the monthly MGDs and is the credit controller for one of our biggest clients. Domonique manages Oaktree’s own client invoices and is always available to help clients with any credit control queries.

Kirsty Jones

Kirsty Jones
As our office administrator, Kirsty operates our onboarding procedure and ensures Oaktree is authorised for all it’s clients. She is our clients’ first point of call for legislative queries and MTDS compliancy. Kirsty organises our team’s online training and enjoys helping the team when we have software related issues. In addition to assisting in daily bookkeeping, Kirsty completes client confirmation statements and organises the prompt return of paperwork to our clients.

As our Apprentice Accountant, Amy is an invaluable member of our team and is always the first to offer her help. She thrives when working independently and applying what she is learning at college. Amy has built an excellent rapport with her own clients, getting involved in all areas of their accounts from bookkeeping to vat returns and year end checks. She most enjoys overcoming hurdles and investigating discrepancies when working through accounts. Completing weekly and monthly payruns, Amy has developed a great understanding of payroll and pension processes.

Jordanne is our newest member of our payroll department. A wonderful new addition, she enjoys being organised and ticking things off her to do list. Having previously worked for a large well known Logistics company, Jordanne has experience processing payroll for employees, agency workers and third party self-employed couriers, adding individuals to multiple payroll software and approving/calculating holiday entitlements. Her bubbly nature means Jordanne is an instant hit with our clients, taking away the jargon from payroll and pension.
