Fast and easy receipt and invoice communication with Receipt Bank

Here at Oaktree Accountants we are always on the look-out for ways to make your financial lives easier and more efficient.  So, we are very excited to announce that we are now using Receipt Bank for receipt and invoice communication.

Receipt Bank is an app which allows you to take photographs of your receipts and invoices and send them to Oaktree.  Simply take a picture of the receipt, click to upload it to the secure cloud via the app and we do the rest. Using the App reduces the hassle of having to get your receipts and invoices to us, creating more time for you to focus on your core business.

Receipt Bank works with our favoured booking software, Xero.  The data from Receipt Bank is analysed by our bookkeepers before being imported onto your Xero feed ready for inclusion in your accounts.

You can also forward any invoices received by email straight onto your receipt bank email.

Oaktree Accountants are passionate about providing the best possible service to our clients, one that is as simple and stress free as possible, so we are delighted to announce that Receipt Bank is free to you!

We have already set up an account for each of our clients with Receipt Bank.  You will soon receive a text message prompting you to download the Receipt Bank App to your phone and create your own Account, login and password.  Once this is done, you are good to go!
